 Position:         Purchase Executive

Experience:      3- 4 Years

Responsibilities:        

• Vendor Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with new vendors to ensure a diverse and reliable supply chain.
• Cost Analysis: Conduct thorough cost analysis to optimize purchasing processes and reduce costs without compromising on quality.
• Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure the best possible deals.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
• Order Processing: Handle purchase orders, track deliveries, and manage any discrepancies in orders.
• Market Research: Stay updated on market trends and pricing fluctuations to make informed purchasing decisions.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on purchasing activities, costs, and supplier performance.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in vendor sourcing and management.
• Expertise in cost analysis and optimization.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Required Qualification:- Any graduation

Salary :- Upto 4.20 LPA
