Job Description:
Position: HR Manager
Location: Vapi
Experience: 10 -12 years
Industries: Pharma
Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Handle the factory software to accurately maintain attendance and payroll records.
- Identify training needs, develop training programs, and monitor their effectiveness to enhance employee skills and competencies
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws, statutory requirements, and legal regulations applicable to the factory environment, including contractor systems.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues and nurturing a positive working environment
- Experience in handling third party audits-ISO,SEDEX etc ensuring compliance and adherence to standards.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
Required Qualification: - MBA/MSW - HR
Salary:- Up to 12.00 LPA
