Job Description:

Position:          Admin Manager

Location:         Sarigam - Vapi

Experience:     7 - 10 Years

Industries:       Chemicals

Responsibilities:        

Key Responsibilities:

Liaisoning:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the company and
  • government authorities, regulatory bodies, and other external agencies.
  • Facilitate obtaining necessary permits, licenses, and approvals required for Chemical projects.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Address and resolve any legal or compliance issues that may arise.

Human Resources Management:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and legal requirements.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all liaisoning activities, permits, licenses, and HR documentation.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to management on HR metrics and compliance status.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of employee and company information.

Compliance and Legal:

  • Stay updated on changes in labor laws, industry regulations, and other legal requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to management on HR and legal matters.
  • Employee Engagement and Welfare:
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
  • Promote health and safety practices within the workplace.
  • Address employee welfare issues and ensure a supportive work environment.

 

Required Skills:

  • 7 years of experience in HR and liaisoning,
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Required Qualification:- B.Com/M.Com/LLB  

Salary :- Upto 10.00 LPA
