Job Description:

Position:        HR Head

Location:       Goregaon - Mumbai

Experience:   4 - 5 Years

Industries:     Plastic

Responsibilities:

• Oversee HR strategy, policies, and processes across the entire organisation
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning for all departments
• Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and disciplinary matters at all levels
• Design and implement performance management systems
• Ensure statutory compliance (labour laws, PF, ESI, Factory Act, etc.) organisation-wide
• Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits structure
• Drive employee engagement, training, and development initiatives
• Manage the HR budget and the HR team (including Factory HR)
• Handle senior-level hiring and organisational structuring
• Report to management on HR metrics, workforce planning, and organisational health
• Build and maintain company culture, policies, and the employee handbook

Required Skills:

• Logical thinking.
• Organizing.
• Good in communication.

Required Qualification: - BBA/MBA - HR

Salary :- Upto 6.00 LPA
