Position:          Quality Manager

Location:         Mumbai

Experience:     15 - 18 Years

Responsibilities:

• Define and implement the company’s quality vision and strategy.
• Lead and manage the quality team, including training, mentoring, and performance development.
• Foster a strong quality culture across all departments.
• Develop and enforce inspection standards, testing procedures, and quality benchmarks for SPM manufacturing.
• Conduct in-process and final inspections to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Apply and promote the use of 7 QC tools for problem-solving and quality improvement.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer quality concerns and audits.
• Collaborate with suppliers to improve incoming material quality.
• Conduct supplier evaluations and audits to ensure reliability and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 and other applicable quality standards.
• Maintain proper documentation of quality processes, audits, and certifications.
• Prepare and present quality reports to management and customers.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiency without compromising quality.
• Train employees on quality tools, techniques, and best practices.

Required Skills

• Expertise in ISO standards, Six Sigma, Lean 

  Manufacturing.
• Proficiency in inspection tools and techniques (CMM, gauges, NDT methods).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (RCA, FMEA).
• Leadership and team management capabilities.

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech  - Mechanical
