Job Description:

Position:          Dispatch Executive

Location:         Vapi

Experience:     0.6 - 2 years

Industries:      Rubber

Responsibilities:

• Dispatch Management
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor dispatches.
• Allocate drivers, vehicles, and routes.

• Ensure on-time delivery and pickup.

•  

  Communication
• Liaise with drivers, vendors, customers, and internal teams.
• Provide delivery updates and resolve issues.
• Route Optimization
• Plan routes to minimize transit times and costs.
• Utilize logistics software (TMS, WMS).
• Documentation
• Maintain accurate records (PODs, invoices, etc.).
• Manage dispatch documentation.
• Performance Monitoring
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Meet dispatch and delivery targets.
• Compliance
• Ensure adherence to transportation regulations.
• Maintain safety and quality standards.

  Required Skills

• Must be excellent in written and spoken English and adept at computer skills 
• Team player
• Good in communication
• Invoice Make, Excel Work, Mail Drafting

Qualification: Any Graduate

Salary :-  2.40 LPA
