Job Description:

Position:          Dispatch Executive

Location:         Daman

Experience:     3 - 4 years

Industries:      Packaging

Responsibilities:

• Receive and process dispatch orders from the sales / HO
• Coordinate with dispatch packing staff to ensure timely packing, and preparation of goods for dispatch.
• Plan daily dispatch schedules and ensure that all deliveries are completed within the stipulated time frame.
• Track the movement of goods in transit and provide real-time updates to the concerned departments / HO.
• Monitor and address any delays, issues, or discrepancies related to dispatch operations.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatched goods, packing slips and invoices.
• Assist in inventory checks and reconciliation of dispatch-related stock.
• Communicate with HO regarding delivery schedules and resolve any queries or complaints related to dispatch.
• Ensure that all dispatch activities comply with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.

Required Skills

• Must be excellent in written and spoken English; net savvy and adept at computer skills 
• Team player
• Good in communication

Qualification: Any Graduate

Salary :-  3.50 LPA
