Job Description:

Position:            Sr. Executive - HR (Payroll)

Location:           Mumbai

Experience:       3 - 5 Years

Industries:       Foundation

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain payroll records, including employee data, tax information, and deductions.
  • Prepare and submit compliance-related documentation and reports to regulatory agencies.
  • Maintaining and regularly updating master database (Personal File, Personal database, etc) for employees.
  • Preparing all relevant HR letters/Documents, certificates to the employees in consultation with reporting Manager. 
  • Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers with their joining formalities.
  • Communicating and explaining the organisation's HR Policies to the employees.
  • Nominating the employee for training.
  • Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
  • Adherence to Statutory compliance and maintaining records – PF, ESIC, Taxes, Gratuity, Bonus etc.
  • Preparing full and final settlement of employees leaving.
  • Responsible for Payroll.
  • Looking after the compliance.

Required Skills

  • Good interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge on statutory compliances
  • Should be alert and receptive.
  • Must be very organized professional.
  • Strong Knowledge about MS Excel and MS Word.

Required Qualification: - Any graduation

Salary :- Upto 8.40  LPA
