Position:          Head - Formulation Research & Development

Location:         Pardi - Valsad

Experience:     10 -15 Years

Industries:       Rubber - Pharma Packagaing

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the R&D strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and market demands.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration within the R&D team.
• Oversee the design, development, and testing of new rubber stopper products and enhancements to existing products.
• Ensure all R&D projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Identify and assess new technologies, materials, and methods to enhance product performance and manufacturing efficiency.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Production, Quality Assurance, Marketing, and Sales, to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all research and development activities.
• Work on rubber formulation as per client requirement and test stability parameters

Required Skills:

• Min.10 + years of experience with Pharma Packaging preferred in Rubber stoppers, flip off seal, vial closures etc
• Manpower handling and allocation.
• Good trainer
• Audit handling
• Document preparation
• Familiar with ISO quality systems
• GMP knowledge

Required Qualification: - B.Sc/M.Sc - Chemistry/B.E/B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech - Chemical

Salary :-Upto 25.00 LPA
