Responsibilities:

• The Senior Manager, Purchase for Raw Materials is responsible for overseeing and managing the procurement of raw materials essential for the organization's production processes. The role involves developing and implementing procurement strategies, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring a steady and cost-effective supply of high-quality raw materials.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure a consistent and cost-effective supply of raw materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand production requirements and align procurement plans accordingly.
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and industry developments to make informed procurement decisions.
• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure favorable agreements.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure a reliable supply chain.
• Implement cost-effective procurement practices to optimize spending and achieve budgetary targets.
• Conduct regular cost analysis and market assessments to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Monitor and control procurement budgets, ensuring adherence to financial objectives.
• Work closely with the quality assurance team to ensure that raw materials meet the required quality standards.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain, such as supply disruptions, geopolitical issues, or regulatory changes.
• Develop contingency plans to address potential disruptions and ensure continuity of raw material supply.
• Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals, providing guidance and support.
• Foster a collaborative and performance-driven culture within the procurement team.

Requirements : 

• Candidate Must have experience in FMCG Industries.
• Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management, with a focus on raw materials.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain effective supplier relationships.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of relevant industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
• Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Qualification: -Any graduate + MBA

Salary :- Upto 35.00 LPA
