Job Description:
Position: HR Head
Location: Jhagadia near by Ankleshwar
Experience: 15 -20 Years
Industries: Chemical
Responsibilities:
- Managing statutory compliances under various Labour Laws, Environmental Laws etc.
- Liaison with External agencies and Government Authorities like Labour dept., Pollution Control Board, EPF, ESI, Factories Act, Police dept. and local administration.
- Drafting and certification of Standing Orders and implementation.
- Ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial relations.
- Co-ordinate for completing all statutory approvals of Plant
- Labour Management, Legal & IR Compliance, Disciplinary Activities
- Managing relations with Unions
- Collaborate with management & unions to negotiate and Implement wage settlements & take proactive measures such as union meetings, counselling, and mediation etc. & take appropriate disciplinary measures.
- Payroll Management
- Recruitment and other HR activities.
- Provide legal advice and support to legal issues
- Review and ensure the legal compliance of the company's business transactions by doing research on aspects of contract law, tax law, accounting, securities law, bankruptcy, intellectual property rights, licensing, zoning laws, and other regulations relating to a specific area of business
- Manage legal process, litigations and business transactions
- Analyze and identify legal risks and implications
- Draft, review, negotiate and administer legal and transactional documentations, including contracts between Company and any other party
- Facilitate the mergers and acquisitions of the company
- Liaise with external legal counsel and/or specialists
- Keep management updated of all new laws and regulations that may have implications to the Company
- Represent the company in court cases and advice the company to perform the tasks in compliance with government law
- Advise the company on its legal rights and responsibilities
- Reviewing new business relationships with vendors and subcontractors
- Structuring joint enterprises with other organizations.
