Position:      Asst. Manager - Sales

Location:    Pune

Experience: 3 - 5 Years

Industries:   Engineering 

Responsibilities:        

• Drive sales of Air Handling Units (AHUs), Dehumidifiers, and HVAC equipment across PAN India.
• Develop new business opportunities through industry contacts, HVAC consultants, contractors, OEMs, exhibitions, and trade shows
• Generate enquiries and convert them into confirmed orders with strong negotiation skills.
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals in coordination with design and estimation teams.
• Maintain high enquiry-to-order conversion ratio through systematic follow-ups.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, and end customers.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. 
• Ensure timely collection of payments as per agreed commercial terms.
• Provide sales forecasts and periodic MIS reports to management.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution. 

Required Skills:

• Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems
• In-depth knowledge of PAN India HVAC market
• Established consultant and contractor network
• Proven track record of converting enquiries into orders
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to travel extensively
• Strong relationship management capabilities
• Commercial acumen and contract understanding 

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical

Salary :- Upto 9.00 LPA
