Responsibilities:

• Opportunity identification.
• Research and identify new business opportunities, including Newmarket's, growth areas, and trends.
• Client relationship management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their business needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships.
• Strategic planning.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to increase revenue, expand market presence, and achieve business goals.
• Market research.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify potential areas for business growth.
• Sales strategy.
• Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategies that drive business development and achieve sales targets.
• Partnership development
• Identify and cultivate partnerships with other companies to expand the company’s reach and capabilities.
• Reporting and analysis.
• Regularly review and report on business development activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a business development manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, business strategy, and client relationshipmanagement.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on building long-termpartnerships.
• Ability to develop and execute business strategies that align with company goals.

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation /MBA - Marketing
