Job Description:

Position:     HR Executive

Location:    Ahmedabad

Experience:  2 – 3 Year

Industries:   Medical Devices

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for production, quality, warehouse, engineering, and corporate roles.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
• Maintain employee records, HRIS, and personnel files.
• Handle attendance, leave management, and support payroll processing.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Assist in employee engagement activities, training coordination, and performance management.
• Address employee queries and support grievance resolution.
• Prepare HR reports, MIS, and recruitment status updates.
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring requirements.
• Support audits (ISO 13485, regulatory, and internal audits) by maintaining HR documentation.
• Assist in implementing HR policies, SOPs, and compliance procedures.
• Coordinate employee confirmation, exit formalities, and full & final settlements.
