Job Description:

Position:      Sr. Executive - HR 

Location:       Santacruz - Mumbai

Experience:   3 - 5 Years

Industries:    Engineering  

Responsibilities:       

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and employee onboarding.
• Prepare Offer, Appointment, NDA, Relieving, and Experience Letters.
• Complete joining formalities, induction, training, PF, ESIC, and Gratuity documentation.
• Coordinate biometric registration, Smart Office access, employee IDs, and IT asset allocation.
• Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
• Conduct background verification and bank account opening for new employees.
• Communicate and implement HR policies and company procedures.
• Manage employee exit formalities, clearance, and separation documentation.
• Coordinate with IT, Admin, and departmental heads for smooth HR operations.
• Monitor housekeeping activities, maintain records, and ensure workplace compliance.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
• Employee Onboarding & Induction
• Basic understanding of payroll and labor laws.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee relations.
• Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.

Required Qualification:- BBA/MBA - HR

Salary :- Upto 3.60 LPA
