Position:       Jr/Sr. Recruiter

Location:      Santacruz - Mumbai

Experience:   1 - 5 Years

Industries:    Engineering  

Responsibilities:       

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
• Prepare and share candidate profiles with clients/hiring managers.
• Negotiate salary and manage offer roll-out and joining formalities.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Achieve recruitment targets within the defined timelines.

Required Skills:

• Strong sourcing and screening skills.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and recruitment software/ATS.
• Team player with a positive and result-oriented attitude.

Required Qualification:- Any Graduation

Salary :- Upto 3.60 LPA
