Position:       Dy. Manager/Manager - Finance & Account

Location:      Fort - Mumbai

Experience:   5 - 10 Years

Industries:    Shipping/Marine

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts
• payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets, and forecast to provide
• insights into the Branches’ financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and regulatory guidelines, including GST, income tax, and other applicable laws.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants for timely completion of audits and tax filings.
• Develop and implement internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management to support decision-making and business planning processes.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the finance team.

 Required Skills:

• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
• Sound knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, MS Excel, and other accounting software.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and generate meaningful insights.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Required Qualification: - M.Com/MBA - Finance/CA

Salary :- Upto 11.00 LPA
