Job Description:

Position:         Manager - HR & Admin 

Location:         Bhopal

Experience:     12 – 15 Years

Industries:      Pharma

Responsibilities:

  • Human Resource Functions

    Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely salary processing.
  • Implement HR policies and ensure compliance across departments.
  • Manage employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and employee relations.
  • Conduct induction, training coordination, and performance appraisal activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain HR MIS reports and employee databases.
  • Support management in manpower planning and organizational development. 
  • Administration Functions
  • Manage office administration and facility management activities.
  • Coordinate housekeeping, security, transport, canteen, and utility services.
  • Handle AMC, vendor coordination, and office procurement activities.
  • Monitor administrative expenses and optimize operational costs.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure and utilities.
  • Maintain records related to administration contracts and agreements.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, guest management, and event support.
  • Ensure implementation of safety, discipline, and workplace standards. 
  • Compliance & Coordination
  • Liaise with government authorities and external agencies when required.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to HR & Administration.
  • Support audits, inspections, and documentation requirements.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments for operational support.

Required Skills:

  • Logical thinking.
  • Organizing.
  • Good in communication.

Required Qualification: - MBA/ PGDM / MSW / MHRM - HR

Salary :- Upto 20.00 LPA
