Position:           Sr. Executive - HR

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders for manpower planning and manage end-to-end recruitment for timely closures
• Execute talent acquisition strategies, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and track recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency
• Act as an HR Business Partner, aligning HR initiatives with business goals and supporting employee lifecycle needs
• Drive the Performance Management System (PMS), including goal setting, reviews, and performance analytics
• Identify training needs and implement learning and development initiatives, including induction and onboarding programs
• Manage employee engagement, retention initiatives, and grievance handling to ensure a positive work environment
• Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and employee benefits administration (PF/ESI, insurance, gratuity)
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, maintain employee records, and effectively utilize HRMS systems
• Maintain HR MIS, dashboards, and reports, and support audits and continuous improvement of HR processes
