Job Description:
Position: Executive/Sr. Executive - HR
Location: Surat
Experience: 5 - 8 Years
Industries: Chemical
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders for manpower planning and manage end-to-end recruitment for timely closures
- Execute talent acquisition strategies, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and track recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency
- Act as an HR Business Partner, aligning HR initiatives with business goals and supporting employee lifecycle needs
- Drive the Performance Management System (PMS), including goal setting, reviews, and performance analytics
- Identify training needs and implement learning and development initiatives, including induction and onboarding programs
- Manage employee engagement, retention initiatives, and grievance handling to ensure a positive work environment
- Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and employee benefits administration (PF/ESI, insurance, gratuity)
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, maintain employee records, and effectively utilize HRMS systems
- Maintain HR MIS, dashboards, and reports, and support audits and continuous improvement of HR processes
