Position: Sales Manager
Location: Mumbai - Borivalli
Experience: 4 - 5 Years

Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Management
- Recruit, train, and mentor inside sales executives
- Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the team
- Conduct daily/weekly performance reviews
- Motivate and coach team members to exceed targets
- Develop performance improvement plans when required
- Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement inside sales strategies
- Manage inbound and outbound sales processes
- Monitor sales funnel and optimize conversion rates
- Ensure effective lead qualification and follow-up
- Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling
- Pipeline & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports
- Monitor CRM data for performance tracking
- Analyze sales metrics to improve efficiency
- Ensure proper lead allocation and follow-up
Required Skills:
- Knowledgeable in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Logical thinking.
- Organizing.
- Good in communication.
Required Qualification: - Any Graduation
