Position:     Sales Executive

Location:     Vasai - Mumbai

Experience:  2 - 5 Years

Responsibilities:
           Business Development & Sales

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories
• Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into customers
• Conduct industrial customer and dealer visits for new inquiries and order generation
• Provide techno-commercial offers to customers based on requirements
• Handle negotiations and close sales deals
  Customer Relationship Management
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients
• Address onsite customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain and track individual customer query status
• Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups
  Sales Operations & Coordination
• Verify new orders and ensure accuracy before processing
• Coordinate for drawing approval and clearance from customers before manufacturing
• Follow up with customers for required documents and approvals
• Ensure final document submission for payment collection
  Market Research & Analysis
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities
• Monitor production of marketing materials and ensure alignment with market needs
• Collect and analyze sales data to prepare detailed market reports
• Monitor and assess customer feedback to improve sales strategies
  Reporting & Documentation
• Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and sales activities
• Prepare regular sales and market performance reports
• Ensure proper documentation throughout the sales lifecycle

Required Qualification: - Any Graduction
