Job Description:

Position:     Sales Executive

Location:     Vasai - Mumbai

Experience:  2 - 5 Years

Industries:   Engineering

Responsibilities:
          Business Development & Field Sales

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories through active field sales activities
  • Generate leads via site visits, cold calling, references, and industrial networking
  • Conduct regular field visits to industrial customers, OEMs, and dealers for new inquiries and order generation
  • Present products/services directly at client locations and provide techno-commercial solutions
  • Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into customers
  • Handle price negotiations and successfully close sales deals
    Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients through regular in-person visits
  • Address onsite customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
  • Track and manage individual customer queries effectively
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through continuous engagement and follow-ups
    Sales Operations & Coordination
  • Verify new orders and ensure accuracy before processing
  • Coordinate with customers for drawing approvals and necessary clearances before manufacturing
  • Follow up for required documents and approvals during order execution
  • Ensure proper submission of final documents for payment collection
    Market Research & Analysis
  • Conduct field-based market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities
  • Gather insights from customer visits to refine sales strategies
  • Monitor competitor activities and customer feedback
  • Assist in aligning marketing materials with market needs
    Reporting & Documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of field visits, leads, inquiries, and sales activities
  • Prepare regular sales reports, visit reports, and market analysis
  • Ensure complete documentation throughout the sales lifecycle
