Position:           HR Executive

Location:          Surat

Experience:      3 - 5 Years

Industries:       Chemical

Responsibilities:

• Act as a Welfare Officer in compliance with the Factories Act, ensuring statutory welfare provisions for employees
• Drive employee welfare initiatives including canteen, transportation, sanitation, medical facilities, and workplace safety awareness
• Address employee grievances and maintain healthy industrial relations within the plant
• Ensure compliance with labour laws such as PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements
• Coordinate with government authorities, inspectors, and external agencies for statutory compliance and audits
• Conduct regular employee engagement activities and welfare programs to enhance morale and retention
• Support contract labour management, including compliance, documentation, and vendor coordination
• Facilitate onboarding, induction, and training programs for plant employees and workmen
• Maintain employee records, statutory registers, and HR documentation as per compliance requirements
• Assist in disciplinary actions, domestic inquiries, and implementation of company policies at the plant level
• Promote a safe, healthy, and compliant work environment aligned with organizational and legal standards

Required Skills

• Knowledge of PMS processes and HR reporting
• Exposure to Training & Development coordination
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic understanding of labor laws and factory compliance
• Proficient in MS Excel and HR documentation

Required Qualification: - MLW/MSW

Salary :- Upto 6.00 LPA
