Position:          Regional Head – Marketing

Location:          Mumbai

Experience:       8 -10 Year

Industries:        Pharma API

Responsibilities:

• Hands-on experience in growing Matured Markets (North America, LatAm, Europe & CIS, MEA) for APIs and Intermediates.
• Expertise in Market and Target-customers mapping for the company's products with primary and secondary market intelligence sources for achieving targeted Market share
• Having a relevant network and personal rapport with the decision makers and influencers in API and FDF Pharma companies
• Willingness to extensively travel and passionate to meet customers and business partners/agents for increasing the company’s wallet share of products and business development for new products
• High-performance and growth mind set for achieving the targeted market share of company’s products for a profitable and sustainable growth
• Effectively controlling the Accounts Receivable, legally executed CDAs and Customer/Agency agreements and adhering to the regulatory compliance norms with a high work ethic
• To ensure customer satisfaction by proactively providing all the support with a customer-centric approach
• Ability to prioritize marketing efforts and for taking initiatives in coordinating with Quality and Regulatory teams for inspection of regulatory agencies

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication in English and business acumen with leadership and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Proficiency in Regulatory requirements and exposure to IPR

Required Qualification: - Any Graduate + MBA - Marketing

Salary :- Upto 30.00 LPA
