 Position:         Executive Engineering

Location:         Kheda-  Ahmedabad

Experience:      6- 8 Years

Industries:       Pharma

Responsibilities:      

• Responsible for Machine maintenance, Machine breakdowns Handling methods, preventive and predictive maintenance plans, scheduling maintenance plans, in house automation and improvements, 5S/TPM.
• Breakdown data analysis and corrective actions
• Must have detailed knowledge printing machine structure as well as knowledge about controller’s machine accessories (like MTC, Hopper dryer, chillers)
• To support and contribute effectively to all aspects of Engineering Department especially in trouble-free maintenance injection Moulding line.
• Improve machine /line efficiency level by continual improvement and modifications in machines.
• Execution of preventive & predictive maintenance as per the plan & schedule
• Sound Knowledge on machine controls & hydraulic system heaters toggle machineries.
• Hands-on experience in Process equipment like heaters locking systems machine, machine controls for injection molding lines.
• Should be a good team player.
• Knowledge in Electromechanical Activity are an added advantage.
• Familiar with 5S, TPM, GMP.
• Able to work well with minimal supervision. Ability to handle individual shift.
• Knowledge about utility accessories for injection Mould.

Required Skills:

• Must be excellent in written and spoken English; net savvy and adept at computer skills
• Good Knowledge in Electronic instrument like sensors, Temp controller, Timer & machine Control.
• Attention for detail
• Team player
• Good in communication

Required Qualification: - BE/B.Tech- Mechanical - CIPET 

Salary: - Upto 6.00 LPA
