Job Description:
Position: Mould Design & Tool Room Manager
Location: Daman
Experience: 10 - 15 Years
Industries: Plastic
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of mould designers for manufacture of thermoforming moulds for 2, 3 and 4 station high speed automatic thermoforming machines.
- Responsible for planning selection of raw material based on mold design.
- Responsible for optimizing mold cost based on product requirement by aligning Machine type and mold design.
- Lead and manage the Tool Room operations with its planning, materials, machines and people.
- Assembly of molds, all components and all stations
- Responsible for achieving quality of end thermoformed product,
- Responsible for trial with new molds.
Required Skills:
- Should have full knowledge on running of all general purpose machines and specialized machines like VMC, SPARK EROSION, WIRECUT, EDM ETC.
- Keeping up to date with thermoforming machines and mold technologies.
Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical
Salary :- Upto 17.00 LPA
