Job Description:

Position:          Asst. Manager - EXIM

Location:         Mundra

Experience:     6 - 10 Years

Industries:      Chemical

Responsibilities:

  • Coordination with SCM, Purchase team & Custom House Agent (CHA) for Shipping Bill and BOE filling on daily basis.

  •  To ensure the preparation of zone-to-zone bill of entries on time.
  •  To ensure the creation of bill of export on time.
  •  Creation and updating Intra SEZ transfer entries on daily basis.
  •  Preparation of import Bill of Entries based on the requirements.
  •  Keep records of all incoming import materials.
  •  Keep records of all domestically purchased, RM, PM, Consumables etc.
  •  To maintain statutory register for controlled Raw materials.
  •  Coordinating with finance dept. to ensure on time duty payment for DTA sales.
  •  Timely submission of all monthly returns of Prohibition Department and SEZ.
  •  To resolve EXIM related issues of vendor, customer and contractors.
  •  To prepare documents for temporary removal challan (RGP), maintain record as per SEZ rule and intimate to concern users on monthly basis.
  •  Ensure to verify all the documents and get them assessed on time and arrange to resolve custom queries.
  •  Various correspondence with SEZ authorities and coordination for smooth and un-interrupted operation.
  •  To resolve any online queries of documents through ICEGATE or NSDL.
  •  To ensure updating of import Register, dispatch register and filing related documents on daily basis.
  •  To ensure the sending assessed copy of BOE to the related customer for duty payment and inform to dispatch team after out of charge on time.
  •  Approval of EXIM-related bills in Data matrix software.
  •  Ensure Duty Draw back on time and maintain related record.
  •  Provide proof of exports to suppliers of RM, PM, Consumables etc.
  •  Keep records of service availing with tax exemptions.
  •  Provide proof of export to service providers.
  •  Keep records of Bond register and keep sufficient balance in Bond.
  •  Take necessary permission to keep RM, PM etc. outside factory premises as and when required.
