Position:         Welder

Location:        Bhopal

Experience:    1 - 2 Years

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Conduct resume screenings, interviews, and candidate selection.
• Collaborate with department heads on staffing needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and orientation for new hires.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Address employee queries, grievances, and foster a positive work environment.
• Maintain HR records, ensure compliance, and prepare HR reports.
• Support HR projects, training programs, and administrative tasks.
