Position:          IT Infrastructure Engineer

Location:         Gandhidham

Experience:      2 - 5 Years

Industries:        Packaging 

 Responsibilities:

• Design and implement robust and scalable IT infrastructure solutions.
• Monitor and maintain systems and networks to ensure high availability and performance.
• Develop and execute disaster recovery plans and procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network, CCTV, EPBX issues.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to align technology with business goals.
• Document and update IT infrastructure policies and procedures With Documents .
• Manage and maintain asset inventory, ensuring all IT assets are tracked and accounted for.
• Implement and manage ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) processes to improve IT service management and ensure best practices.
• Monitor network performance and conduct regular troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues.
• Conduct network assessments and implement improvements for network reliability and security.
• Firewall Operation and Troubleshooting.

 Required Skills:

• Proficient in network management, server administration, and cloud services.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.Sc/B.E/B.Tech - Computer

Salary :- Upto 4.80 LPA
