Position: Asst. Manager - Production
Location: Sarigam - Vapi
Experience: 7 - 10 Years

Responsibilities:
- Accountable for controlling and monitoring of batch process parameters for smooth Plant operation. Filling BMRs for easy access of process and time cycle of products.
- Ensure that the production schedule meets quality, lead-time and cost requirements.
- Safe handling of different kind of equipment like Reactor, Centrifuge, Drier etc.
- Releasing equipment and instrument for maintenance to the engineering department through permit system.
- Responsible for round the clock performances of plant.
- Ensure plant performance parameters as power consumption ,yield are maintained as per set standard,
- To make monthly plant performance report latest by first week of next month and submit to AGM, suggest for improvement.
- Monitoring execution of all processes as per SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) set by QA department and maintaining proper documentation for compliance.
- Ensure In-Process Samples, FG samples, Monthly Special samples are given to laboratories for analysis and take suitable action in case of deviation.
- Helps to improve the facility’s productivity and operating conditions.
- Manage/ motivate and lead the employees in his plant to ensure moral of all employees reporting to him.
- Provide periodic and need based training for skill development of subordinates to take higher job responsibilities.
- Work closely with HR and other cross-functional teams to build hiring plans well in advance not to have a disruption in Manufacturing operations.
- Ensure to foster greater synergy between Production, Maintenance and Inspection.
Required Skills:
- Ability to work independently and lead the team of production department.
- Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skill.
- Production Planning tracking & review.
- EHS & Complinces.
Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech - Chemical
Salary :- Upto 9.50 LPA
