Job Description:

Position:          Jr. Accountant - Accounts Payable

Location:         Ahmedabad

Experience:      3 - 5 Years

Industries:       Pharma

Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily cash management by reconciling bank statements with internal records.

• Maintain accurate records of all banking activities and ensure proper documentation is in place for audit and compliance purposes.
• Process and review incoming vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy, proper approval, and timely payment.
• Ensure that accounts payable transactions are recorded in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
• Support the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Maintain up-to-date records of payments, receipts, and banking transactions for reference and audit purposes.
• Assist in managing vendor inquiries and resolving any discrepancies or issues related to invoices and payments.
• Maintain accounts payable aging reports and assist with month-end closing processes.

 Required Skills:

• Communication Skill
• Knowledge of Accounting Standards Knowledge of Computer
• Good Knowledge of SAP
• Team Work

Required Qualification: - M.Com

Salary :- Upto 4.50 LPA
