Job Description:

Position:         CCTV Monitoring - Officer

Location:        Dahej

Experience:    4 - 5 Years

Industries:      Chemical 

Responsibilities:

  • Surveillance Monitoring: Actively monitor live CCTV footage across various premises to identify any unusual or suspicious activities.

  • Incident Detection & Reporting: Report incidents, safety hazards, or breaches of security to relevant authorities or supervisors. Maintain detailed logs of observed activities.
  • Evidence Collection: Capture and store video footage as required, ensuring proper documentation and retention of footage for investigations or legal purposes.
  • Emergency Response: Respond promptly to alarms or emergency situations, providing timely communication to security personnel, law enforcement, or emergency services when needed.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all CCTV operations are conducted in accordance with data protection laws, privacy policies, and company guidelines.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Regularly check the functionality of surveillance equipment, ensuring that cameras and systems are working correctly. Report any malfunctions or required maintenance.
  • Access Control Support: Assist in managing access to restricted areas by monitoring access points via CCTV and ensuring that only authorized personnel enter designated zones.
  • Collaboration: Work with other security officers, law enforcement, and emergency response teams to resolve incidents or emergencies effectively.
  • Footage Review: Conduct periodic reviews of stored CCTV footage for investigations, providing footage as requested by senior security staff or law enforcement.

Required Skills

  • Technical Skills: Basic understanding of CCTV systems, video surveillance software, and computer systems.

  • Attention to Detail: Ability to focus for extended periods and detect subtle irregularities in live footage.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting incidents and
  • collaborating with other team members.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to respond effectively to security incidents and make quick decisions.
  • Knowledge of Security Protocols: Familiarity with general security operations, emergency response procedures, and privacy laws.
  • Physical and Mental Stamina: The role requires prolonged periods of sitting and watching video screens, as well as staying alert in high-pressure situations.

 

Required Qualification: - Any Graduate

Salary :- Upto 5.50 LPA
