Job Description:
Position: Operation Head (Corporate)
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 20 - 25 Years
Industries: Pharma – Formulation
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Overall responsible for all manufacturing units operations
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and profitability.
- Collaborate with senior management to set performance metrics and business targets.
Operational Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end production process, from raw material procurement to product distribution.
- Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.
- Optimize supply chain management and logistics to improve product availability and cost-effectiveness.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to enhance team effectiveness.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant pharmaceutical regulations and standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Liaise with regulatory agencies and manage inspections and audits.
Financial Oversight:
- Develop and manage the operations budget, ensuring cost control and resource optimization.
- Analyze financial reports to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Implement cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making and operational enhancements.
- Lead initiatives to adopt new technologies and methodologies.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential operational risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure contingency plans are in place for business continuity and crisis management.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in financial management and budget oversight.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
