Job Description:

Position:        Sr. Executive - Production & Project

Location:        Ahmedabad

Experience:    8 - 10 years

Industries:     Pharma

Job Responsibilities:

        Operational Management

  • Preparation of URS, ensure equipment qualification, including Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ).
  • Oversee operations, ensuring efficient and compliant production.
  • Manage project & production schedules, production planning, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and optimize production performance, productivity, and quality.

         Quality Assurance

  • Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory requirements, and company standards.
  • Implement quality control measures, inspections, and audits.
  • Investigate and address quality issues, deviations, and complaints.

        Team Management

  • Supervise, train, and develop team members.
  • Foster a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

        Process Improvement

  • Identify and implement process improvements, efficiency enhancements, and cost reductions.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and training programs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

        Material Management

  • Manage packing materials, inventory, and supplies.
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement, storage, and distribution.
  • Optimize material usage, minimize waste, and reduce costs.

        Equipment Maintenance

  • Oversee maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of packing equipment.
  • Ensure equipment reliability, performance, and compliance.
  • Manage maintenance schedules.

       Compliance and Regulatory Affairs

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Manage audits, inspections, and regulatory submissions.
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and other departments.

       Communication and Collaboration

  • Communicate effectively with production, quality, and other departments.
  • Foster collaboration, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Represent the packing department in meetings and discussions.

       Budgeting and Cost Control

  • Manage departmental budgets, optimize resource utilization, and reduce costs.
  • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements.

    Safety and Environmental Management

  • Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with environmental regulations.
  • Implement safety protocols, procedures, and training programs.
  • Manage environmental impact and sustainability initiatives.
