Position: Sr. Executive - Production & Project
Location: Ahmedabad

Job Responsibilities:
Operational Management
- Preparation of URS, ensure equipment qualification, including Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ).
- Oversee operations, ensuring efficient and compliant production.
- Manage project & production schedules, production planning, and resource allocation.
- Monitor and optimize production performance, productivity, and quality.
Quality Assurance
- Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory requirements, and company standards.
- Implement quality control measures, inspections, and audits.
- Investigate and address quality issues, deviations, and complaints.
Team Management
- Supervise, train, and develop team members.
- Foster a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
Process Improvement
- Identify and implement process improvements, efficiency enhancements, and cost reductions.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and training programs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Material Management
- Manage packing materials, inventory, and supplies.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement, storage, and distribution.
- Optimize material usage, minimize waste, and reduce costs.
Equipment Maintenance
- Oversee maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of packing equipment.
- Ensure equipment reliability, performance, and compliance.
- Manage maintenance schedules.
Compliance and Regulatory Affairs
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
- Manage audits, inspections, and regulatory submissions.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and other departments.
Communication and Collaboration
- Communicate effectively with production, quality, and other departments.
- Foster collaboration, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Represent the packing department in meetings and discussions.
Budgeting and Cost Control
- Manage departmental budgets, optimize resource utilization, and reduce costs.
- Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements.
Safety and Environmental Management
- Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with environmental regulations.
- Implement safety protocols, procedures, and training programs.
- Manage environmental impact and sustainability initiatives.
