Job Description:

Position:           Instrumentation cum Electrical Engineer

Location:          Silvassa

Experience:      5 - 7 Years

Industries:       Rubber

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and test industrial-process instrumentation and control systems used in Rubber Industries.

• Select and specify instrumentation components such as controllers, transmitters, and sensors for the machines like Hydraulic Compression molding press, Extruders, Mixing Mills etc.
• Create schematics, diagrams, and layouts for control systems using CAD software.
• Develop and implement control plans using PLC programming, DCS programming, or SCADA systems.
• Prepare, Review and approve design documents, including specifications, drawings, and calculations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, and standards as per local regulations.
• Stay updated on new developments and market trends in instrumentation and control systems.
• Breakdown handling, TPM and TQM hands on experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in CAD software for control system design will be preferred.
• Experience with control system programming and software tools such as PLC programming, DCS programming, or SCADA systems.
• Knowledge of codes, standards, and regulations related to instrumentation and control systems (e.g., ISA, IEC, NEC).

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in Electrical and Instrumentation and control system design, analysis, and implementation.
• Experience with industrial processes and equipment (e.g., pumps, motors, valves) is a plus.
• Logical thinking.
• Organizing.
• Good in communication.
• Team leading.

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech - Electrical/Instrumentation 

Salary :- Upto 7.00 LPA
