Job Description:
Position: Asst. Manager - Packing
Location: Bhopal
Experience: 8 - 10 Years
Industries: Pharma
Responsibilities:

Operational Management:
- Oversee packing operations, ensuring efficient and compliant production.
- Manage packing schedules, production planning, and resource allocation.
- Monitor and optimize packing line performance, productivity, and quality.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory requirements, and company standards.
- Implement quality control measures, inspections, and audits.
- Investigate and address quality issues, deviations, and complaints.
- Team Management:
- Supervise, train, and develop packing team members.
- Foster a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Manage performance, attendance, and disciplinary actions.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement process improvements, efficiency enhancements, and cost reductions.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and training programs.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Material Management:
- Manage packing materials, inventory, and supplies.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement, storage, and distribution.
- Optimize material usage, minimize waste, and reduce costs.
- Equipment Maintenance:
- Oversee maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of packing equipment.
- Ensure equipment reliability, performance, and compliance.
- Manage maintenance schedules, budgets, and contractors.
- Compliance and Regulatory Affairs:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
- Manage audits, inspections, and regulatory submissions.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and other departments.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with production, quality, and other departments.
- Foster collaboration, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Represent the packing department in meetings and discussions.
- Budgeting and Cost Control:
- Manage departmental budgets, optimize resource utilization, and reduce costs.
- Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements.
- Safety and Environmental Management:
- Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with environmental regulations.
- Implement safety protocols, procedures, and training programs.
- Manage environmental impact and sustainability initiatives.
Required Skills:

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation
