Job Description:

Position:          Asst. Manager - HR

Location:         Daman

Experience:     10 - 15 Years

Responsibilities:        

  • Hiring and Recruitment: Strategic role in acquiring the right talent that is essential to build a strong company.
  • Create Compelling Job Descriptions: Clearly outlining the responsibilities, qualifications, and expectations for each role within the organization.
  • Identification, Training Budget Planning, Design, oversee implementation, evaluation and suggestions for Effective On boarding and Training Programs: Create comprehensive on boarding programs and facilitate training and development initiatives to ensure that the new hires feel welcome and supported. Create a Growth Path for all employees through an effective training and development program, catering the training needs based on individual as well as job responsibilities.
  • Strategic Talent Management: Identifying high-potential employees, creating development opportunities, and implementing succession planning. Moreover, by nurturing and retaining top talent.
  • Develop Employee Retention Strategies: Implementing initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and engagement. Creating strategies for higher retention rates.
  • Manage Compensation and Benefits: Implementing competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain talented employees.
  • Streamline Event Planning, employee engagement and development activities and Scheduling: Team building, get-to-gather, employee physical and mental health, Family day, CSR activities etc.
  • Company Image building & Promotion (Media Handling): Social media (Facebook, Tweeter,Instagram, LinkedIn), all the recruitment sites.
  • Ensure Compliance With Rules and Regulations: Complies with employment laws, Internal policies,and industry standards, various acts, government offices etc.
  • Performance Reviews: Performance review process and help employees if they face any challenges during the same.
  • Setting an Ideal Work Culture: Create an environment where employees can thrive and contribute their best.
  • HR Budget Planning: Manpower budgeting and providing information so that the finances needed to support a company’s production and service objectives can be projected.
  • IT Management: To design structured and organized summaries of data and information that provide insights into various aspects of an organization's operations, performance, and management. Monitoring network infrastructure and resolving system issues.

 

Required Skills:

  • Very Good English written and verbal Communication Skills.
  • Logical thinking.
  • Organizing.

Required Qualification:- MBA - HR    

Salary :- Upto 10.00 LPA
