Job Description:
Position: QC Lab Incharge
Location: Jhagadia Nearby Ankleshwar
Experience: 7 - 8 Years
Industries: Chemical
Responsibilities:
- Lead Shift Operations of QC Laboratory.
- Right allocation of manpower in shift working and monitoring of assigned task with optimum output.
- Design adequate shift planning to ensure optimal utilization of manpower.
- Ensure right process execution of QC System & testing activities.
- Analysis of in- process product samples, Raw Material and wastewater, & Finished product testing.
- Ensure Right & Timely Documentation including SOPs, Change Controls, Deviations, incidents etc.
- Ensure Effective Trainings & evaluation of technical SOPs to each QC personnel for quality output. Review records & Self-Inspection w.r.t. all time audit readiness.
- Regulatory knowledge & guidelines ISO.
- Able to Plan and Organize Motivate Team and Enable High Performance Effectively Manage Absenteeism / Reviews of the Team and their Training.

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc/M.Sc – Chemistry
