Responsibilities:

• End to end Store management.
• Auditing and Review the Stores as per the guidelines.
• Training & Coaching
• Local Store Marketing
• Data tracking & MIS
• Ensure compliance with operational standards, cleanliness, and customer service excellence.
• Conduct operational audits to ensure adherence to SOPs.
• Implement corrective measures to address non-compliance issues.
• Monitor sales performance and billing activities for each restaurant.
• Implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local marketing initiatives.
• Implement promotions and activities to enhance brand visibility.
• Provide support and guidance to franchise partners for mutual success.
• Provide on-the-job training to restaurant staff.
• Ensure that team members are well-trained in customer service and operational procedures.
• Monitor and enhance the overall customer experience in assigned restaurants.
• Address customer feedback and implement improvements as needed.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for the successful implementation of new products.
• Ensure proper training and promotion of new offerings.
• Track and analyze data related to operational and sales performance.
• Prepare comprehensive Management Information System (MIS) reports for the area.

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation
