Job Description:
Position: Maintenance Engineer
Location: Kadi - Mehsana
Experience: 5- 6 Years
Industries: Pharma
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for periodic and scheduled maintenance of all electrical, mechanical, power equipment of the factory.
- Ensure proper monitoring & follow up routine for schedule maintenance including break down maintenance, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting maintenance etc.
- Responsible to ensure optimum utilization of energy and measure units of utilities outsourced, produced, utilized and waste through monthly reporting. Prepare SOP for maintenance of plant & machinery and utility installation of the factory.
- Manage the process of the introduction of new machinery, its commissioning an installation properly.
- To minimize NPT (Non-Productive Time) at a minimum level.
- Perform on Fire Safety, Electric Safety, Mechanical Safety, Structural Safety & Environmental Safety related issues.
- Knowledge of Vendor development work
- Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance
- Knowledge of breakdown Maintenance
- Breakdown follow-up
- Knowledge of FBC boiler
- Knowledge of Chiller plant
- Knowledge of pump motor gear box dismantling
- Knowledge of reactor repairing
- Knowledge of ISO & GMP documentation
- Knowledge of EMS system
- Knowledge of Coal machine repairing
- Knowledge of RO / DM Plant preventive and follow-up
- Knowledge of AHU Air compressor
- Knowledge of MEE Plant Maintenance
- Any other works assigned by higher management
- Ensure health and safety policies are complied with
Required Skills:
- Proven experience as maintenance Executive
- Having experience in Pharma / chemical industries
- Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems etc. Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment
- Ability to keep track of and report on activity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.E- Mechanical
Salary :- Upto 6.50 LPA
