Job Description:

Position:        Brand Manager

Location:        Navsari

Experience:    7 - 10 Years

Responsibilities:   

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with business objectives, target audience preferences, and market trends in the QSR industry.
  • Define and communicate the brand's positioning, personality, and value proposition to differentiate Ajay’s in the competitive marketplace.
  • Conduct market research, consumer insights, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for brand growth and innovation.
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate integrated marketing and advertising campaigns to promote brand awareness, drive foot traffic to our outlets, and increase sales.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams and external agencies to develop creative campaign concepts, messaging, and assets across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and in-store promotions.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize strategies to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
  • Work closely with culinary teams to develop and launch innovative menu items and promotions that align with brand positioning, customer preferences, and market trends.
  • Conduct product testing, pricing analysis, and competitive benchmarking to ensure the profitability and success of new menu offerings.
  • Drive menu optimization initiatives based on customer feedback, sales data, and market insights.
  • Enhance the overall brand experience for customers across all touchpoints, including in-store, online, and mobile platforms.
  • Develop and implement customer engagement programs, loyalty initiatives, and promotional activities to foster brand loyalty and repeat business
  • Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and social media conversations to identify opportunities for improvement and address customer concerns proactively.
  • Track and analyze brand performance metrics, including sales, market share, customer satisfaction, and brand health indicators.
  • Generate regular reports and insights to senior management on brand performance, competitive landscape, and market trends.
  • Identify key learnings and opportunities for optimization to drive continuous improvement and innovation in brand stratergies.    

Requirements:

  •  Proven track record of minimum 3 Years in developing and executing successful brand strategies and marketing campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
  •  Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and competitive landscape in the QSR industry.
  •  Creative thinker with excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.

Required Qualification: - BBA/MBA - Marketing

Salary :- Upto 18.00 LPA
