Job Description:
Position: Sr. Executive - Account
Location: Umbergaon near by Vapi
Experience: 5 -7 Years
Industries: Packaging
Responsibilities:
- Day to day bill booking exp. RCM capex store spares & cash voucher
- Day to day banking entry – receipt & payments, bank reconciliation & cash reporting ( handling day to day cash vouchers )
- Debit / credit notes entries JV’S to pass
- Having knowledge of GSTR 1 & 3b (ineligible GST credit trf. Entry passing)
- Calculation of RCM & TDS proper entry passing, TDS reconciliation
- Monthly closing related works like provision entries & various reco of TDS,GST,RCM etc.
- Making payments of suppliers – excel file & checking with supplier bank details,payment advices to send to supplier timely.
- Reconciliation of suppliers ledger with our books every quaterly & as & when required.
- Proper filing of all documents category wise.
- Making grn & tracking with bill booking as & when required
- Handling various audit (sending documents to auditor as & when req.)
- Assist to H.O.D & any other works assigned by H.O.D.
Required Skills:
- Good Knowledge of Tally.
- Must be excellent in written and spoken English; net savvy and adept at computer skills.
- Logical thinking.
- Organizing.
- Good in communication.
Required Qualification: - B.Com/M.Com
Salary :- Upto 6.00 LPA
