Job Description:

Position:        Sr. Executive - QA

Location:        Daman

Experience:    5 - 6 Years

Industries:     Packaging

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for online quality of product on machine, test, analyse and report and feed to  production
• Inspection of finished product, Raw material, packaging material,
• Inspection and testing of all incoming material (RM, PM and Others)
• Coordinate with Purchase for rejection if any.
• Data generation for all the material tested and inspected.
• Maintaining documents related to ISO, BRCGS, FSMS, Sedex and other certifications.  
• Work in shifts                          
• Conduct Testing as per standards and SOPS. Safely handle lab chemicals
• Generate COA for approved lots and batches
• Operate lab instrument and Equipment.
• Follow GLP and best practices within area.
• Sample preparation
• Basics Process and Equipment Knowledge
• Establishing standards, policies, and procedures for testing processes and procedures.
• Ensure product and process meets all the regulatory compliances required.
• Exposure and worked in Quality Management System, (ISO, FSMS, BRC, Sedex, OHSAS,).
• Prepare SOPs, Work Instructions, and Test Procedures and interact with our size agency for third party testing.
• Handle system related queries of inside and outside customers, follow up with agencies and auditors for on time NC closing and certification.
• Safety and Environmental audits and meeting standards, respond to customer queries.
• Follow guidelines and instruction from superior.  

Required Skills

• Analytical.

• System and Regulations Knowledge.
• Working Knowledge of MS Office (Excel and PP). Good at statistics.
• Good Communications Skills (English).
• Manufacturing industry.

Required Qualification: - B.Sc - Chemistry/B.Tech - Plastics/CIPET

Salary :- Upto 6.00 LPA
