Position:         Sr. Executive Purchase

Location:         Vapi

Experience:     5- 7 Years

Industries:       Chemical  MNC

Responsibilities:

• Raw material procurement by Sea and Air from China with best possible rate and Suitable lead time as per factory production schedule.
• Planning & co-ordination of dispatches with overseas shippers as per factory required schedule
• High Seas Purchase and documentation.
• Bond to Bond transfer purchase and documentation.
• Bonding and ex-bonding import shipments and documentation.
• Custom clearance under Advance / MEIS licenses without detention, extra hidden shipping and CFS charges
• Strong follow-up with CHA, Shipping line and transporter on day-to-day basis for material clearance
• documentations, movement of goods etc.
• Strong follow-up with supplier for shipment updates.
• To get Vendor questionnaire, desktop Audit, Accreditation certificate etc technical documents as per QA requirement.
• Develop new supplier and manufacturer as per requirement
• Arranging transportation from Nhava Sheva / Sahar Air cargo to Factory or Warehouse.
• Suppliers, CHA and transporters proper invoice checking and submit to accounts team for booking purpose
• Coordination with all cross functional teams like Manufacturing, QA, Accounts, finances, EXIM etc.
• Maintain all the required MIS & Report

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation
