Job Description:
Position: Pressure Die Casting Machine Engineer
Location: Tumb near by Vapi
Experience: 4- 8 Years
Industries: Engineering
Responsibilities:
- Sets up and operates a die casting machine to cast parts.
- Responsible for improving production and controlling rejection.
- Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly production planning.
- Turn valves and sets dial to regulate flow of water circulating through the die and to control speed of the machine, based on size and structure of part being cast and type and temperature of metal being used.
- Inspect casting for defects.
- Responsible for overseeing maintenance activity through the maintenance team.
Required Skills
- Experience in handling aluminum automotive and non-automotive die casting components production, Independently carry out entire production activities.
Required Qualification: - Any Engineering Graduation
Salary :- Upto 6.60 LPA
