Position:         Assistant Manager - HR 

Location:         Daman

Experience:     10 -12 Years

Industries:      Pharma

Responsibilities:

• Ensure HR operation from joining to separation.
• Ensure Compliances under the Contract labour management act.
• To felicitating healthy working environment and maintaining harmonious industrial relations.
• Ensure no union activities form in the organisation.
• Liasioning with various government authorities for the compliances
• Manpower Planning and budgeting with all the departments
• Resource Management, Recruitment and Employee Relations.
• Proficiency in sourcing, screening, short listing the candidates, scheduling/ conducting interviews and finalizing salaries.
• Management CSR Activities Contract labour Management Welfare Activities.
• Awareness about company HR policy / employee handbook.
• Ensure timely and accurate HR- MIS generation/ personal records.
• Monitoring claim settlement in GMC, GPA, EDLI, Janta Policy, WC policy, Term Plan.
• Industrial relations development.
• Adherence to Statutory Compliances and liasioning.
• Recruitment - Selection – Head Hunting Employee Engagement / Retention.
• Training & Development.
• Motivational Practices, Relationship Management CSR Activities.
• Contract labour Management Welfare.

Required Skills

• Must be excellent in written and spoken English; net savvy and adept at computer skills.
• Logical thinking.
• Organizing.
• Good in communication.

Required Qualification: - MSW/MHRM/MBA-HR

Salary :- Upto  12.00 LPA
