Position:         Head- Engineering & Project

Location:         Panoli Near by Ankleshwar

Experience:     15-20 YEARS

Industries:      Chemical

Responsibilities:

• - Strategize on maintenance, work instruction and methods
• - Establish maintenance strategies to install and commission equipment
• - Create plant preventative maintenance procedures
• - Plan routine maintenance of plant equipment and machinery
• - Analyze breakdowns, diagnose faults and supervise time critical equipment repairs
• - Oversee and control maintenance costs
• - Manage budget for current and future equipment upgrades and replacements.
• - Prepare annual preventive maintenance plan
• - Co-ordinate with external agencies for AMCs, Service calls, Testing, etc
• - Support production / maintenance team during heavy job / machine setups (projects).
• - Ensure identification of machines which are not working / under maintenance.

Required Skills

• Candidate must have 15+ Years Exp. in Pharma API or Chemical Company
• Must be excellent in written and spoken English; net savvy and adept at computer skills.
• Logical thinking.
• Organizing.
• Good in communication.

Required Qualification:- B.E-Mechanical

Salary :- Upto 24.00 LPA
