Position:         Sr. Manager- R&D

Location:        Sachin, Surat

Experience:     15-20 Years

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for research, planning, and implementing new programs and protocols into the company or organization and overseeing the development of new products.
• Planning and organizing research activities and resolving procedural problems for timely
• completion of research objectives.
• Handling Research & Development projects and conducting multi-step synthesis.
• Analyzing organic & inorganic compounds to determine chemical & physical properties, composition, structure, relationships & reactions, utilizing chromatography, spectroscopic and X-ray diffraction techniques.
• Developing and implementing experimental procedures for carrying out analysis of processes.
• Analyze information, solve problems and write reports on research results
• Develop and produce cost-effective, non-infringing, safe and eco-friendly technologies for the synthesis of complex and small molecules APIs. 

Required Skills

• Candidate must have an experience of Synthesis R&D.
• Must be excellent in written and spoken English; net savvy and adept at computer skills.
• Logical thinking.
• Organizing.

Required Qualification: - B.Sc/M.Sc/Ph.D. - Chemistry

Salary :- Upto  22.00 LPA
