Position:         Manager - Business Excellence

Location:        Manesar - Gurgaon

Experience:    2 - 10 Years

Industries:     Printing/Packaging

Responsibilities:

• Identify operational losses and lead continuous improvement, Kaizen and cost-reduction projects.
• Analyze productivity, downtime, OEE, wastage, defects, rejection, machine utilization, manpower utilization and process efficiency.
• Drive improvement in production processes including Printing, Postpress, Corrugation, Rigid Box and Leaflet operations.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis, Pareto, 5-Why, Fishbone, time studies, line balancing and  process mapping.
• Work with Production and PPC to improve capacity utilization, bottlenecks, production flow and delivery performance.
• Work with Quality to reduce defects, rejection, customer complaints and process variation and strengthen preventive quality controls.
• Work with Maintenance to improve machine reliability, preventive maintenance effectiveness, breakdown reduction, spare planning and equipment availability.
• Monitor energy consumption, Specific Energy Consumption and other utility-related improvement opportunities.
• Support Stores, Purchase and Finance in inventory analysis, slow/non-moving and obsolete inventory identification, spare optimization and cost reduction.
• Drive 5S, safety, visual management and workplace improvement initiatives and monitor closure of identified actions.
• Support standardization of processes, SOPs, best practices and performance standards across departments and shifts.
• Establish and monitor Business Excellence KPIs, dashboards and management review reports.
• Lead cross-functional improvement projects involving Production, PPC, Quality, Maintenance, NPD, Stores, Purchase, Finance, HR and other functions.
• Quantify project benefits and savings and ensure successful improvements are standardized

Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical
