Job Description:

Position:    Mechanical Engineer

Location:       Pune

Experience:  1 - 4  Years

Industries:   Engineering 

Responsibilities:        

• Develop 3D BIM models in Revit for HVAC ducting, chilled water piping, plumbing, electrical containment, fire hydrant and fire alarm systems.
• Coordinate MEP layouts with architectural and structural models as per BIM standards, BEP and LOD requirements.
• Perform clash detection using Navisworks Manage and resolve coordination issues with other services.
• Generate clash reports, participate in coordination meetings and track clash resolution.
• Extract Revit schedules, quantity take-offs, BOQs, material take-offs and equipment lists.
• Prepare construction drawings, sections, isometric drawings and shop drawings.
• Create parametric Revit families for AHUs, FCUs, pumps, diffusers, valves, plumbing fixtures and firefighting components.
• Maintain Revit family libraries and ensure compliance with company BIM standards.
• Perform HVAC load calculations using HAP or equivalent software.
• Size HVAC ducts and chilled water piping as per project requirements.
• Support technical submittals, equipment selection and technical comparison sheets.
• Assist site teams with installation drawings, routing clarifications and BOQ validation.
• Update BIM models based on site changes and prepare as-built models

Required Skills:

• Strong coordination mindset.
• Detail-oriented modeller.
• Ability to work with architects and multiple consultants.
• Practical understanding of execution constraints. 

Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical

Salary :- Upto 4.80 LPA
